Deposit policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. Once deposits are received you will either be put on a future booking list for a set timeframe as discussed at your consultation or appointments are confirmed upon receipt by Jessica Doyle of the deposit . Payment of the deposit is confirmation that the client understands, accepts, and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Once a date has been agreed upon, a deposit must be made within 24 hours to guarantee your booking. If your appointment falls prior to 24 hours, the deposit is due immediately. If no deposit is received, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • The remaining balance of the cost of tattoo (minus deposit) is required in full immediately following the tattoo appointment. Cash is preferred but I also accept E-transfer and PayPal (Friends and Family).

In the case that multiple appointments are made, the balance per appointment is required immediately following each tattoo session. The initial deposit is required to be carried forward throughout all the booked tattoo appointments and applied to the final session of the project.

  • Deposits and payments are preferred in cash, but E-transfer and PayPal are accepted as well. Deposits can be by E-transfer which may be sent to booking@jessdoyletattoo.com or through PayPal to the same email via the friend and family option. Confirmation of appointment is made when the deposit has been received.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. With a minimum of one week’s notice, initial design concepts may be altered, and appointments may be rescheduled to a different day or time. If the design change request is different from the consultation, you may be asked to resubmit for a new project when books open. Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of one time with 7 days notice*. This includes pushing your booking to a further booking period. If you are more than 20-minutes late to your appointment and have not reached out to us via e-mail this may also result in a full loss of deposit.

*Neglecting to give one week notice for rescheduling or design change will result in the full loss of deposit.

Drawings will be ready for the day of your appointment.

Please do not book a tattoo appointment if you do not fully understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
